One of the things that can make you feel a little uneasy at 10pm on a sleepy October morning is the sight of your hairdresser in the opticians, but that was me this morning. Luckily, I had my hair done only a week ago and now I might let it grow a little.

I want to reblog a friend’s post. I am a picture of envy every time I see his Muju doll. I think they’re beautifully crafted and a wonderful thing to do with felt. That’s where I got the idea to do Pillowheads. Maybe I should have called them Sleepyheads. Still, I’m always amazed by Loop’s ability to take a photograph to a new level and also, how adept he is at digging up the best stuff the internet has to offer. I haven’t given him much of a shout lately, but he has been busy on his tumblr.

I’m working hard at the moment to get the Kaimana Music venture off the ground. Thunderbirds are go for a November start, finally, so we’re choosing the running order of the current line-up, which without giving too much away, will be running up until April 2009 at least. We’re also looking at other mediums and ideas that we want to get off the ground, but that’s all hush hush right now. I know I keep banging on about this but it’s all I am doing at the moment.

Loads of cool stuff going on at Theatr Mwldan coming up for the rest of this year too. Loads of folk, including Rachel Unthank & the Winterset. I’ve spoken with them and they are nice people. Check them out and loads more at the Theatr Mwldan website.

Right, it’s well early for me, but I’m out of here.
