“Ever So Shy” by General Fiasco, live @ Southampton Joiners, 12-10-2009
Dear MySpace customer care.
No, this regurgitation of your terms and policies does not in any way answer my question as to why my account has been indefinitely suspended. I can assure you that my account did not violate any of the issues which you have listed off. I am, or should say, was a very loyal and respectful user of MySpace. I used to upload photographs of my art, and photography, which were usually of landscapes or scribbles, and in no way contained nudity in my photographic collections. I had a small, ever-decreasing circle of friends who I would occasionally contact, but never spammed, lest bully, and I am 24 years of age, so I was not an underage user.
Unfortunately, you “do not keep records of removed profiles or images”, so I will never be able to prove any of this to you. Or indeed get a fair representation in putting my case forward to having my account reinstated because as you’ve Already said, a deleted account “cannot be reactivated”. However, I won’t be creating a new account. I don’t have the time or the inclination to further use your site.
Though it is no wonder that MySpace’s numbers are dwindling when you treat valued customers as you have myself.
I now consider this matter closed.
Thomas James, former MySpace user.
